Kate's long experience in the corporate service sector, together with her formal company secretarial qualifications, render her ideally suited to oversee the operation and management of client companies’ day to day activities.
Kate first entered the financial services industry in 1986, working as office manager for one of the big seven accounting firms in Papua New Guinea. She was transferred to Gibraltar in 1988 and began to work in the offshore industry. Kate took a break from the corporate service sector to start a family, and gained further valuable insight and experience by setting up and managing a local business.
Returning to the financial services industry, Kate decided to formalise this experience by embarking upon a course of study through the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She was awarded the World Prize for the best submitted paper in Trust & Company Law & Administration. Kate recently gained a Distinction in completing the Certificate in Offshore Finance & Administration, and is currently studying towards a Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration.
